If you're like many people today, you might be looking for direction, insight, and understanding on how we can address and overcome the racism that has impacted Black individuals of all ages for generations. Perhaps you're feeling tired — as we often do — from witnessing law enforcement officers continue to harm Black lives without accountability.

Education
An education system that continues to deprive Black children of what they deserve — preparing them for imprisonment instead of excellence. The US Dept. of Education confirms Black children are targeted for failure as early as preschool.
Employment
Systemic barriers that block Black professionals from equal opportunity, advancement, and economic independence — no matter how hard they work.
Healthcare
Disparities that shorten Black lives and go unaddressed. A system that was never designed with our health and survival as a priority.
Law enforcement
Officers funded by our own taxes continuing to harm Black lives — and facing no accountability. The people hired to protect us are the ones we have to fear.
Housing
Redlining didn't end — it evolved. Black families are still denied the generational wealth that comes from homeownership and stable housing.
Social media Unity
"We need to stick together." "We need to organize." "We need to unite." The same words — every year — with no one taking the first step. Until now.
"We cannot keep asking a system built to oppress us to suddenly change its ways."
THIS IS OUR RESPONSE
Waiting is no longer an option.
We must unite to reclaim control of our lives — the education of our children, the strength of our communities, fair treatment by law enforcement, and economic empowerment.
Waiting until injustice personally impacts us is no longer a strategy. The We Are 1 Movement is the first step that so many have been calling for. And it starts with you.

Control of our children's education — through programs like Player 1 Academy that use VR, AR, and AI to give youth the immersive, high-quality education they deserve.
Economic independence — through workforce training that cuts certification time by 65% and puts our people into high-demand, well-paying careers.
Food sovereignty — through free grocery assistance and community-grown food systems that end hunger in our neighborhoods on our own terms.
Safe, affordable housing — through community-built homes designed for Black families to build generational wealth, not just survive.
Mentorship and community strength — through programs that connect our youth with leaders, role models, and a family that will never abandon them.
